Choosing the Right HSA Administrator

Health savings accounts are ideal for anyone wanting to take control of their health care costs. The question today is less about whether to open an HSA and more about choosing the right administrator. Delta Health Systems' HSA™ offers a simple, reliable and personal approach to paying for health care while saving for the future.

Delta Health Systems' HSA Services & Commitment

At Delta, we offer a full range of services to help our account holders effectively manage their HSA. Many of our services can only be provided by a company like Delta HSA because of our deep experience in the health insurance industry. Delta Health Systems' HSA services include:

  • Delta works with all HSA compatible health plans.
  • Delta allows our account holders to self direct HSA funds (within IRS rules).
  • Delta has a one year money back guarantee on our fees.
  • Delta automatically reviews all Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and receipts for HSA compliance and we verify that the correct network discounts have been applied.
  • Delta automatically scans and archives all EOBs and receipts and we will provide these documents in the event of an IRS audit.
  • Delta offers customer support by phone, fax, email and online. All we do is HSAs, so we know the answers to account holder questions.

Choose from Three Service Packages

Delta Health Systems' HSA offers three account plans. Choosing the right one depends on how you will use your HSA account. While the features differ, we provide the same commitment to Delta service for all plans. There is a one time $35.00 account set-up fee for both the Standard and Value Plan. The set up fee for the eSavings plan is discounted due to online registration. Delta pays interest based on the account balance.

  • The Delta Standard Plan – This "all inclusive plan" offers the most comprehensive array of services for a low fixed monthly fee. The Delta Standard Plan includes the review of insurance company Explanation of Benefits and payment of bills to health care providers. With this plan our account holders maximize their level of service for the low monthly fee of $9.25 per account. See our Service and Fees document for further information
  • The Delta Value Plan – This "a la carte plan" is ideal for the account holder who prefers to use his/her HSA account largely as a tax advantaged savings vehicle and who will rarely pay medical bills from the account. This plan includes the review of insurance company Explanation of Benefits and payment of bills to health care providers but some services carry additional fees. See our Service and Fees document for further information. The Delta Value Plan costs only $3.00 per month plus additional fees on a per service basis (if applicable).
  • The Delta eSavings Plan – This is a plan for individuals who wish to self-serve on the internet. This means that everything you need to do to open and manage your account can be done in the comfort of your home or office! Features include online enrollment, contributions to your account any time you wish online, and distributions from your account online at your convenience writing yourself an e-Check! The accounts cost only $15.00 to set-up and $2.50 per month. Debit cards and their use are free! Currently available for individual accounts only - no Employer group contracts please.
